1 General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hbiji platform and all services operated under it. When you create an account on hbiji, log in, or use any service on the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.
These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" refers to hbiji's website, app, and all related services.
- "User" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
- "Account" refers to the personal account created in the user's name.
- "Bonus" refers to any special offer or reward granted by hbiji.
- "Wagering" refers to the requirement to complete a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
1.2 Language & Communication
hbiji provides support in both Bengali and English. If a conflict arises between the Bengali and English versions of the Terms, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on hbiji, users must meet the following requirements.
2.1 Information Required for Registration
- You must provide your full correct name, date of birth, and contact details.
- Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep the information on their account accurate and up to date at all times.
- hbiji may request additional documents at any time for the identity verification process.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect your account is not secure or that someone has accessed it without authorization, notify hbiji support immediately. hbiji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
hbiji may verify a user's identity when required. Withdrawals may be held until this process is complete. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for verification.
3 Age Restriction
By registering on hbiji, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If it is found that an account holder is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings in the account will be forfeited.
hbiji is committed to protecting minors. Parents are urged to take appropriate measures to prevent their underage children from accessing platforms of this kind. The use of parental control software is recommended.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on hbiji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We support Bangladesh's popular payment methods for safe and fast transactions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals on hbiji can be made using the following methods:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank)
4.2 Deposit Limits & Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
- Deposited funds must come from your own personal account — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
- Successful deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests typically take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
- It is advisable to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
4.4 Transaction Verification
hbiji reserves the right to verify any transaction and, where necessary, to hold withdrawals until an investigation is complete. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily locked.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
hbiji offers various types of bonuses and promotions for new and regular members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be met.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Or: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete bets 25 times the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
- A time limit may apply to complete the wagering requirement — check the bonus offers page for details.
5.3 VIP Program
hbiji's VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
You can move up to a higher tier based on regular play and participation. Each tier comes with special benefits and offers.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
hbiji reserves the right to detect any misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity involving the bonus system. If such activity is proven, hbiji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on hbiji are considered final once settled. It is the user's responsibility to be sure before placing a bet.
6.1 Sports Betting
- hbiji's decision is final in determining the outcome of all markets.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- hbiji will not be liable for any issues caused by network delays during live betting.
- Example of a betting market: you can bet on which team will win a cricket match — this is a typical market.
6.2 Casino Games
- All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- Game outcomes are entirely based on chance — previous results do not affect future results.
- If a software error causes an incorrect payout, hbiji reserves the right to void that transaction.
6.3 Fair Play Policy
hbiji believes in fair play. If any user uses automated software (bots), strategic manipulation, or any fraudulent method, this will be considered a prohibited activity.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbiji platform:
7.1 Financial Manipulation
- Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
- Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party account.
- Betting with credit card funds or borrowed money.
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
7.2 Technical Abuse
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions.
- Hacking or spreading malware.
7.3 Social Violations
- Rude or aggressive behavior toward other users.
- Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity.
- Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by hbiji
hbiji may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a violation of the terms and conditions is found.
- If fraud or deception is suspected.
- If identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
- If the account has been inactive for a long period.
- Due to legal obligations.
8.2 Closure by the User
A user may request permanent closure of their own account at any time. To do so, a written request must be sent to [email protected] or submitted via live chat. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Privacy & Data Protection
hbiji places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. We use SSL encryption and modern security technology.
9.1 Data Collection
hbiji collects only the personal information that is necessary — such as name, email, phone number, and payment details. This information is used for providing services, identity verification, and security.
9.2 Data Sharing
hbiji does not sell users' personal information to third parties. Certain information may be shared with relevant third parties only for payment processing, identity verification, and legal obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
hbiji strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen events. hbiji will not be held liable for any loss suffered by a user as a result of such disruptions.
10.2 Betting Losses
Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. hbiji is not responsible for any financial losses a user incurs from betting. Please play responsibly within your means.
10.3 Third-Party Content
The hbiji platform contains content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). The quality and security of these providers' games are their own responsibility, although hbiji works only with trusted providers.
11 Responsible Gaming
hbiji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems. We encourage users to play responsibly.
11.1 Responsible Gaming Policy
- Only play with money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your finances.
- Do not think of gaming as a source of income.
- Set a budget for yourself daily or weekly.
- If you notice signs of gaming addiction, take a break.
- Do not allow anyone under 21 years of age to play.

12 Changes & Updates
hbiji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published.
12.1 Notice
For important changes, hbiji will display a notice on the platform. Users are advised to check this page regularly.
12.2 Continued Use
If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, please request account closure.
12.3 Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through the support team. If unresolved, an alternative dispute resolution method agreed upon by both parties will be followed.
